CFO Petri Pentti to leave Neste Oil

Neste Oil's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Petri Pentti, will leave
the company at the end of September to take up a position as CFO of
the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) in Dubai. Neste Oil's
Corporate Controller, Risto Takkala, will take over Pentti's duties
as of 1 October until a successor is appointed.

Petri Pentti has been CFO since Neste Oil was spun off from Fortum
and listed on the Nordic Exchange in Helsinki in April 2005. He
joined Fortum's oil refining division in summer 2004 to help prepare
the spin-off and IPO."Neste Oil is a great company, which is set to see interesting
developments for many years ahead. I've enjoyed working for the
company, but I felt I could not pass up the opportunity of working in
Dubai, one of the growth centers of the Persian Gulf, especially as
my family liked the idea of a move there as well," says Pentti.
