VLT AB has today 1st of August 2008, informed in a press release about that Liberala Tidningar i Mellan Sverige AB owns more than 90 per cent of the shares and votes in VLT AB. VLT AB does therefore no longer fulfill the listing requirement applicable to companies on First North that state that at least 10 per cent of the shares in a company on First North have to be owned by the general public.
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has therefore decided that the shares in VLT AB (ISIN code SE0000115222 and order book ID 35856) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, August 4th, 2008.
