The board of Gunnebo Industrier presents its view on the impact that the
implementation of Segulah Stellata AB's offer to the shareholders of Gunnebo
Industrier will have on Gunnebo Industrier

With reference to the rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB concerning
public takeover bids in the stock market and the previous press release dated 22
July, the board of Gunnebo Industrier Aktiebolag (publ) (“Gunnebo Industrier”)
makes the following statement.

The board has considered the information in Segulah Stellata AB's (“Segulah
Stellata”) offer document, which was drawn up in reference to Segulah Stellata's
bid to acquire all shares in Gunnebo Industrier. Based on this information, the
board has nothing further to add regarding the impact the implementation of the
offer will have on Gunnebo Industrier, or regarding Segulah Stellata's strategic
plans for Gunnebo Industrier and the impact that these may be expected to have
on employment and the locations in which Gunnebo Industrier conducts its
operations.
