As regulated by sub-clause 15.3 of the bond issue terms, Q Vara's proposals to the Investors are delivered by the Agent via registered letter on the day following the day of receiving the proposal at the latest. The agent acted according to this sub-clause also with Q Vara's proposal made on July 18, 2008 (see also Q Vara's stock exchenge release "About equity share covenant" from July 21, 2008) but because of delivery errors made by AS Eesti Post the proposal reached investors on July 30, 2008.
