Ferril brings to Saepio over a decade of software engineering leadership experience, a broad technology skill set and a proven record of leading software engineering teams that deliver innovative technology solutions to solve challenging real-world business problems. In his recent role as an IT leadership and technical architecture consultant, Ferril contributed technical leadership to business-critical initiatives for a lineup of companies, including AMC Theatres, Zurich and H&R Block.
Prior to his work as a consultant, Ferril served as senior technical architect and manager of software development at XenoTech, LLC. While there he built the software development department, established the department's development processes and worked with department managers and executives to build long-reaching technology roadmaps that aligned technology with key business objectives to create competitive advantages. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri.
