This is the News Journal's ninth year of analyzing Delaware's business community through its "Best in the Business" supplement. WSFS was ranked 4th overall out of 31 in the large companies category and its engaged management style was singled out for a special award. The 31 participating large companies (500 + employees) were judged in the categories of engagement, direction, managers, execution, career, conditions, and pay and benefits based off of employee surveys.
