Correction of our announcement dd. July 30, 2008

Oyster Asset Management, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On 25th July 2008 Oyster Asset Management S.A., acting in the capacity as
discretionary investment manager, has fallen under the threshold of 5 % of
the voting rights of Kontron AG, Oskar-von-Miller-Str. 1, 85386 Eching,
Germany, and now holds 4.99 % (2,537,950 voting rights).

These voting rights are attributed to Oyster Asset Management S.A. in
accordance with Sec. 22 para 1 Sent. 1 Nr 6 WpHG and are held by the
subfund Oyster European Opportunities and other funds.
