The Executive Board has today decided to appoint Claus Dyhr as CFO and member of the Board of Directors. Claus Dyhr is currently Group Treasurer Manager of Semler Services A/S and will begin his new job in Tivoli on 1 September. From 1 September Tivoli's Board of Directors consists of CEO Lars Liebst and CFO Claus Dyhr.
