The corresponding increase in share capital will be entered in the Trade Register on 1 October 2008. A total of 2,000 new B shares were subscribed for with Kesko Corporation's year 2003 stock options marked with symbol 2003E. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the stock option scheme, the subscription price of the shares with stock options marked with symbol 2003E is €8.99 per share.
