Oldenburg, 05 August 2008  CeWe Color Holding AG (Prime Standard, ISIN DE
000540 3901) has closed its share repurchase in accordance with § 71
Paragraph 1 No. 2 of the AktG (German Stock Corporation Act) for the
purpose of issuing employee shares. On the basis of a Board of Management
resolution approved on 12 June 2008, CeWe Color Holding AG repurchased a
total of 3,925 own company shares at an average price of 23.86 euros per
share. The shares are solely intended for the issue of employee shares. The
share repurchase was conducted in accordance with the safe harbour
regulations pertaining to § 20a Paragraph 3 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) read in conjunction with (EG) Directive No. 2273/2003 of the
Commission dated 22 December 2003 and it was executed by BHF-BANK AG,
Frankfurt am Main.
