Release of a Voting Rights announcement

We have received on 05th August 2008 the following voting rights
notifications:


1. Eczacibasi Yapi Gerecleri San. VE Tic. A.S., Istanbul, Turkey, has
informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that its voting
interest in burgbad AG, Kirchplatz 10, 57392 Schmallenberg-Bad Fredeburg,
Germany, ISIN 000A0EKLW0, exceeded the thresholds of 50% and 75% on 4th
August 2008 and amounted to 88,92% (3.130.043 of voting rights) on this
day.


2. Eczacibasi Holding A.S., Istanbul, Turkey, has informed us pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that its voting interest in burgbad AG
exceeded the thresholds of 50% and 75% on 4th August 2008 and amounted to
88,92% (3.130.043 of voting rights) on this day.

These voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
1 of the WpHG to the following organisation which controls 3% or more of
burgbad AG: Eczacibasi Yapi Gerecleri San. VE Tic. A.S.


3. Mr. Bülent Eczacibasi, Turkey, has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para.
1 of the WpHG, that his voting interest in burgbad AG exceeded the
thresholds of 50% and 75% on 4th August 2008 and amounted to 88,92%
(3.130.043 of voting rights) on this day.

These voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
1 of the WpHG to following the organisations which controls 3% or more of
burgbad AG: Eczacibasi Yapi Gerecleri San. VE Tic. A.S. and Eczacibasi
