Joint stock company AS “Latvijas Zoovetapgade” (registration number: 40003020174, Legal address: Brīvības iela 183, 2. stāvs, 7. telpa, Rīga, LV-1012, Latvija) announces that during the meeting of supervisory board the supervisory board has decided to make following amendments to the Management Board: To recall Aldis Taurītis from the position of the member of the Management Board due to exceeding the power of authority and also practicing activities which are not in line of interests of the company. The changes in the structure of the management board will be registered in nearest future in Commercial register of Enterprise Register of Republic of Latvia.
