Tele2 completes the divestment of Tele2 Luxembourg and Tele2 Lichtenstein to Belgacom

Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (OMX Nordic Exchange: TEL2 A and
TEL2 B), today announced that it has completed the divestment of
Tele2 Luxembourg and Tele2 Lichtenstein to Belgacom for approximately
SEK 2 billion in cash, following clearance from relevant regulatory
authorities.
