Eindhoven, August 07, 2008 – Today, the management board of Navigator
Equity Solutions N.V. has resolved with approval of the Supervisory Board
to submit a voluntary public share buyback offer for up to 13,551,150
ordinary bearer shares to its existing shareholders. This represents up to
10 % of the current share capital, which is divided into 135,511,500
shares.

The offer price amounts to EUR 0.14 per share of Navigator Equity Solutions
N.V. The period for acceptance of the share buyback offer will start on
August 11, 2008 and will expire on August 25, 2008, 16:00 (CET). Details
will be published in form of a complete share buyback offer document on
August 11, 2008 in the 'elektronischer Bundesanzeiger' (German Electronic
Federal Gazette) and on the company’s corporate website
(www.navigator-equity.com).

The share buyback is conducted in order to optimise the company’s capital
structure. Thus, the shares acquired by the company within this offer are
intended for cancellation.
