Munich, Germany, 7 August 2008 – TOMORROW FOCUS AG, one of the leading
exchange-listed internet companies in Germany, remains on course for growth
with revenue, EBITDA, EBIT and EpS all surpassing the previous year's
figures.

Although the Portal segment's revenue and profits were not satisfying as a
result of the weak advertising market, the E-Commerce segment achieved
further revenue and profit growth.

Group revenue in the first six months of 2008 increased by 11.6 percent
from EUR 32.2 million in the same period last year to EUR 35.9 million.

Group earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Group
EBITDA) rose from EUR 3.8 million in the first six months of 2007 to EUR
4.8 million in the first six months of 2008 (+27.0 percent).

Group earnings before interest and tax (Group EBIT) increased by EUR 0.9
million in the first six months of 2008 to EUR 3.0 million (+41.3 percent).

Group earnings before tax (Group EBT) declined from EUR 2.6 million in the
first six months of last year to EUR 1.7 million in the first six months of
2008 (-31.7 percent) due to an increase in financial expenses.

Consolidated net income for the period before minority interest was EUR 1.0
million in the first six months of 2008 following EUR 1.7 million in the
first six months of 2007 (-37.8 percent).

Consolidated net income for the period after minority interest increased,
however, from EUR 0.5 million in the first six months 2007 to EUR 0.9
million in the first half year 2008 (+72.6 percent).

Earnings per share for the first six months improved as a result from EUR
0.01 in the first six months of 2007 to EUR 0.02.

It is necessary to take into account that the ratios for the first six
months of 2007 include compensation payments of EUR 0.5 million made by MSN
to the TOMORROW FOCUS Group.

The management board is expecting that the Portal segment will also have to
contend with a problematic environment for content providing portals in the
online display marketing sector during the second six months of 2008.
That is why further investments in performance marketing will be initiated
over the next few months to follow the equity investment in the Adjug
advertising marketplace.
Investments in automated news and information portals have also been made
in Findocs and jameda.

The strong growth trend over recent years in the E-Commerce segment will
continue in the second half of 2008.
Although ElitePartner is focusing on achieving growth in Germany,
HolidayCheck is pressing ahead with its international expansion this year.
Overall, the rate of page impressions on the international domains has
developed very positively and preparations are now underway to incorporate
a travel agency on a trial basis on some of them.
