AS “Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība” to be delisted from the Baltic Secondary list

RSE Management Board on its meeting of August 6, 2008 resolved to delist AS
“Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība” from the Baltic Secondary List. The last
trading day of AS “Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība” is August 8, 2008. 

RSE Management Board passed the resolution pursuant to RSE listing and
disclosure rules, fulfilling the issuer's request. 
Company shareholders resolved on delisting on their annual general meeting of
shareholders. Mandatory buy out bid was launched, and it closed on June 20,
2008. The settlement of mandatory buy out has been completed on June 25, 2008.
In the result of mandatory buy out bid SIA „PATA AB” directly and indirectly
owns 91,06% of AS „Strenču mežrūpniecības saimniecība” shares. 

The company complies with all requirements stipulated by the law, in order to
leave public market.
