On August 08, 2008 , MH Movie Holding AG, Glarus, Schweiz has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Highlight Communications AG, Pratteln, Schweiz, ISIN:
CH0006539198, WKN: 920299, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on August 05, 2008  and now amount to 1.9% (this corresponds to
900000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 1.9% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 900000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Martin Hellstern.
