The claim, received form "Russia Fachspedition Dr. Lassmann GmbH" in total sum of 648 046 LVL, shows that pretension, which the company is raised to JSC "NORVIK BANKA", is related to money transfer, made in year 2001. Now, when we know the actual reason of the pretension, we'll wait for the adjudication, which will be held on February 25th of the year 2009, at the court of Riga's district.
