Rurban Announces RDSI Agreement With Battle Creek State Bank


DEFIANCE, Ohio, Aug. 12, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Rurban Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:RBNF), a leading provider of full-service community banking, investment management, trust services and bank data and item processing, today announced its technology subsidiary, RDSI, has entered into an agreement with Battle Creek State Bank, based in Battle Creek, Nebraska, to be its data processing partner.
