according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Tognum AG, Friedrichshafen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0N4P43, WKN:
A0N4P4, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on August 05,
2008 and amounts to 2.65% (this corresponds to 3487729 Voting Rights) on
this date.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.65% of
