The Swedish Tax Agency does not appeal the ruling of the Administrative Court of
Appeal

In the tax dispute regarding the sale of Sifo Research & Consulting, The
Administrative Court of Appeal overruled on June 11, 2008 the County
Administrative Court's ruling on the Swedish Tax Agency's decision to increase
Cision AB's taxable income for the year 2000 by approximately SEK 440 million.
The Swedish Tax Agency has chosen not to apply for a leave to appeal to the
Supreme Administrative Court, where the time-limit for such an appeal expired on
August 11, 2008.
