Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On August 11, 2008 , IPConcept Fund Management S.A., Luxemburg-Strassen,
Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Wanderer-Werke AG, Augsburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007756009, WKN: 775600, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the Voting Rights on August 04, 2008  and now amount to 2.35%
(this corresponds to 67026 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.35% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 67026 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Multiadvisor Sicav.
