QPR SOFTWARE PLC PRESS RELEASE August 12,2008 North Lanarkshire Council boosts performance management with QPR Scorecard The fourth largest authority in Scotland, the North Lanarkshire Council has chosen QPR Software Plc's scorecard solution, QPR ScoreCard, for better performance management. The solution will provide council's service practitioners, managers, elected members and members of the North Lanarkshire Partnership a possibility to monitor a range of performance measures set against strategic and operational initiatives. Based in the heart of Scotland, North Lanarkshire has a population of around 323,000.
