New Titanic Exhibition to Surface At Georgia Aquarium

The World's Largest Aquarium Tells the Story of RMS Titanic Through Authentic Artifacts and Hands-on Interactive Experiences

ATLANTA, Aug. 13, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- RMS Titanic, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRXI) has entered into an agreement with the Georgia Aquarium to present the worldwide debut of Titanic: Aquatic. Opening August 22, 2008 for a limited engagement, this unique exhibition brings to life the story of the ill-fated Ship through authentic artifacts and hands-on interactive experiences. Titanic: Aquatic is a specially designed version of the company's blockbuster exhibition, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition.

Offering insight into Titanic's fabled past and modern-day recovery efforts, Titanic: Aquatic includes a vast collection of more than 190 artifacts recovered from Titanic's debris field, including 40 objects never before seen by the public. Taking visitors on a chronological journey through life on board the Ship, the exhibition compassionately tells Titanic's personal stories through these recovered artifacts and dramatic room recreations. In addition, Titanic: Aquatic will engage visitors through interactive displays and captivating high-definition video presentations on Titanic's construction, maiden voyage, tragic sinking and recovery of authentic artifacts.

"Titanic: Aquatic is a strong element in our Exhibition portfolio and allows us to reach new markets and audiences," states Arnie Geller, Chairman of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. "This exhibition was built to fulfill the demand by aquariums whose hands-on educational displays and unique settings offer a compelling backdrop to the Titanic story. The exhibition continues the success of the Titanic brand, which has now been seen by more than 20 million visitors worldwide."

"Georgia Aquarium tells the stories of our oceans, not just the aquatic life that teems within, but the incredible journeys we as people have taken across our seas," said Carey Rountree, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. "No aquatic story is more compelling than that of the 'unsinkable' ship, Titanic."
