to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on

676650, have fallen below the 5% and 3%  limit of the Voting Rights on 7
August 2008  and now amount to  0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

On 11 February  2008 Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, Finanzbehörde, Hamburg,
Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, have fallen below the 5% and
3% limit of the Voting Rights on 7 August 2008  and now amount to 0% (this
