Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, sub-section 1 of the WpHG
that it has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 6 August
2008 of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, and now amounts to 3.05% (1,247,240 shares) in
relation to all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights
are attributed to JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited according to
section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
On 8 August 2008 JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited, London,
United Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, sub-section 1 of
the WpHG that it has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 6
August 2008 of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, and now amounts to 3.05% (1,247,240 shares) in
relation to all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights
are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited according
to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.
On 8 August 2008 JPMorgan Asset Management International Limited, London,
United Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21, sub-section 1 of
the WpHG that it has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 6
August 2008 of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, and now amounts to 3.05% (1,247,240 shares) in
relation to all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights
are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management International Limited according
to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.

676650, and now amounts to 3.05% (1,247,240 shares) in relation to all
shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are attributed to
JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. according to section 22 sub-section
1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
On 8 August 2008, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA, has informed us
according to Article 21, sub-section 1 of the WpHG that it has exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 6 August 2008 of Norddeutsche
Affinerie AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, and
now amounts to 3.08% (1,258,906 shares) in relation to all shares of the
respective voting shares. Thereof, 0,03% (11,666 voting rights) are
attributed to JPMorgan Chase & Co, New York, USA, according to section 22
sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Further 3,05 % (1,247,240 shares) are
attributed to JPMorgan Chase & Co. according to section 22 sub-section 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
