Vestas has on 12 August 2008 received information from Fidelity International
that FMR LLC, c/o Fidelity Investments, 82 Devonshire Street Boston,
Massachusetts 02109, USA as per 11 August 2008 has decreased their holdings of
Vestas shares from 9,280,855 (cf. company announcement No. 38/2008 of 7 August
2008) to 9,032,188 shares (4.88 per cent).
