Seamless is reinforcing the Management Team with three new members adding
senior level expertise and talent. To leverage both business and technology
development for Seamless, Shailendra Naidu joins Seamless as Director of
Business Development and Marketing, while Emil Wikström comes in to fill the
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position. Daniel Nyholm, currently Business
Controller, also moves into the Management Team as Head of Finance.

Shailendra Naidu has rich and extensive experience working with telecom
industry leaders like Bharti Airtel in India. His areas of expertise are sales
and market development, product management and building business areas from
scratch. He comes from Tanla Solutions where he created telecom products and
solutions for the global market and was instrumental in setting up Mobile
Commerce solutions. Shailendra Naidu holds a Master's degree in Management
Studies from Mumbai (Bombay) University, India and a Masters' in Mathematics
from Benares Hindu University, India.
Emil Wikström has worked as management consultant and CTO in a number of
technology companies during the last eight years. As systems architect he
worked mainly with financial trading systems, examples are the NGM stock
exchange in Stockholm and the internationally recognized Front Arena trading
system. His experience from numerous companies has already significantly
improved the inter-working processes between Product Development, Delivery and
Support. Emil Wikström holds a Master in Computer Science from the Royal
Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden.
Daniel Nyholm started as Business Controller at Seamless in 2007. Prior to this
he was at Pixbox, a leading web community in Sweden where he was responsible
for financials during a fast expansion phase. Before that he finished his
Master's degree in Economics at Linköping University in Sweden with Micro and
Macro Economy as majors.
