ATP owns more than 5 % of Sydbank's share capital

Following a purchase ATP has informed the Bank that ATP and ATP Invest own
5.34% of the share capital and 5.34% of the voting rights in Sydbank A/S. 

The total holding of ATP and ATP Invest represents:

		3,602,041 shares of each DKK 10

equal to a nominal amount of DKK 36,020,410.
