Logica Holdings Changes Name to Dolphin Digital Media, Inc.

Shares to Commence Trading Under New Ticker Symbol 'DPDM'

TORONTO, Aug. 15, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Logica Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:LGHL), a developer of unique social networking websites using state-of-the-art biometric identity authentication technology, announced today that, effectively immediately, it has changed its name to Dolphin Digital Media, Inc., reflecting its corporate goal of creating and managing social networking websites and bringing the same quality of entertainment to the internet as offered today through Dolphin's core brands of popular television programs for children, including Nickelodeon's top rated series Zoey 101, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, and the mystery movie franchise, Roxy Hunter, among others.

The Company also announced that beginning with the open of trading on Monday, August 18, 2008, its ticker symbol on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board will be changed to DPDM. The new CUSIP number following the name change is 25688M107. In addition, the new corporate web address is now www.dolphindigitalmedia.com.

"Our new corporate identity, stock symbol and website better reflect our strategic objective of delivering the highest standards of online safety around our popular brand properties," said Bill O'Dowd, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dolphin Digital Media, Inc. "With our state-of-the-art biometric security system behind our social networking sites, we are confident that we can offer fun, entertaining and educational websites to our young audience while giving parents the added assurance that their children are discovering the power of the internet under a secure and protected online environment."

In June, Logica Holdings acquired Dolphin Digital Media, Inc. from Dolphin Entertainment. Dolphin Digital Media was created in order to take advantage of Web 2.0 and social/digital opportunities and is the exclusive holder of a worldwide ten-year license from Dolphin Entertainment to all of its digital rights for current and future properties. It is anticipated that the combination of Logica's secure biometric login technology, now Dolphin Secure(tm), and Dolphin's brand awareness and content, will create the world's safest and potentially largest children and tween on-line social networking communities.

Dolphin Entertainment is one of the world's leading entertainment companies specializing in children's and young adult programming. In addition to the Emmy(tm)-nominated and top U.S.-rated Zoey 101, Dolphin Entertainment's executive producer credits include Nickelodeon's hit series Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Nickelodeon's first-ever TV movies Shredderman Rules!, Last Days of Summer, and the Roxy Hunter TV movie franchise.
