VINX Index Information: Removal of Awilco Offshore ASA from VINX Benchmark index (44/08)

Awilco Offshore ASA (AWO) has notified the exchange that COSL Norwegian AS now controls more than 90% of it’s shares. 

According to this information and to the ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.8.1, Awilco Offshore ASA (NO0010255722) will be removed from from VINX Benchmark index. 

Last inclusion date for Awilco Offshore ASA (AWO) in VINX Benchmark index will be August 19, 2008.
