The Baker's Dozen results were based upon a survey completed by 262 HR executives who are current buyers of RPO services. In addition to the rankings, aggregate survey data about industry trends was collected, which indicated that the volume and size of relationships are trending upward, and that there is an increasing number of client engagements for greater than 10,000 employees. Additionally, 92% of respondents indicated that they see their RPO provider as an extension of their staffing group; 86% agree that outsourcing improves staffing opportunities; and 90% would recommend their current provider.
