In March 2008 Olympic Entertainment Group AS has made a decision on merger of economic activities of Latvian subsidiaries, Faraons SIA and Ahti SIA. The juridical merger was completed on August 12th, as a result of which Faraons SIA was dissolved from Latvian enterprise register. Reorganisation of structure does not have any significant impact on Olympic Entertainment Group AS concern economic activities. After the reorganisation of the structure OEG operates two subsidiaries in Latvia - casinos are operated by Olympic Casino Latvia SIA and casino bars by Ahti SIA.
