EIS by Semcon AB achieves SPICE Level 3 EIS by Semcon AB, an engineering services and product company focusing on embedded systems, has achieved ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) Capability Level 3 for processes required by the leading car OEMs. EIS by Semcon AB is providing system software to the Infotainment master (ICM) in the Volvo models based on the P1 and P28 platforms. EIS by Semcon AB is today one of few suppliers of software to Ford Motor Company which fulfils the ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) standard. The certification was carried out by Impronova AB's Alec Dorling, the international convenor of the ISO standardization project and an international authority on SPICE and software quality.
