The exits together generate a cash flow of over one million euros for Amanda. Permira Europe III private equity fund sold a company called Jet Aviation Holding AG. Jet Aviation is a leading independent global business aviation service company. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the fourth quarter 2008. Finnventure V private equity fund sold its stake in StaffPoint Plc to Oy G.W.Sohlberg Ab, Varma and the company's management. StaffPoint is Finland's leading temporary personnel agency with some 18,000 workers on their books. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda were due in the second quarter 2008. Charterhouse VII - private equity fund has sold a company called Epolia. Epolia is the second largest car park operator in France and the sixth in Europe. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the third quarter 2008. EQT V private equity fund has sold a company called Norgani Hotels. Norgani Hotels was formed in 2005 and is today the leading Nordic hotel property company. The exit was profitable and the proceeds to Amanda will be expected in the third quarter 2008. Part of the proceeds are recallable by the fund.
