STROMSDAL CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 August 2008 at 1.30 (Finnish time) CHANGES IN STROMSDAL'S MANAGEMENT TEAM Stromsdal's Sales and Marketing Director, Mr. Jukka Hahlanterä, will leave the company at the end of August to take up a position as Regional Director for FinnPro in Central and Northern Europe, located in Germany. Mr. Jukka Hahlanterä has been Sales and Marketing Director at Stromsdal since September 2005. Stromsdal has started the process of hiring a new Sales Director. Mikael Åbacka, Managing Director, will take on the role as Sales Director until a new Sales Director is appointed. Stromsdal's organisation will be changed. The Financing Director, the Development Director and the Sales Director will report to the Managing Director. Mr. Krister Björkqvist, Financing Director, will be responsible for all administrative tasks, and the HR and production functions will report to him.
