Tel Aviv/ Israel; August 28, 2008 The board of directors of Metis Capital
Ltd. (Prime Standard: EIC; TASE: MTSC) has decided to increase the budget
for purchasing debentures (series A) of the company by a subsidiary of the
Company to an accumulated amount of 45,000,000 NIS.
Up to date and since the previous Board decision on April 23, 2008 the
company has purchased by the subsidiary debentures (series A) in total
amount of approximately 10.5 million NIS.
The debentures that will be purchased by the subsidiary are considered as
assets of the subsidiary and will not be delisted from the trade in TASE.
The Company is not undertaking that buying will occur in the full amount or
part of it and the buying is under consideration of the company's
management according to the information that it will have.
