Eindhoven, August 28, 2008 – Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. hereby
announces the results of its voluntary share buyback offer to its existing
shareholders, published on August 11, 2008. In total, the company was
offered 4,402,602 shares for buyback until the expiration of the term at
16:00 (CET) on August 25, 2008. Based on the offer price of 0.14 euros per
share, the total volume of the share buyback is 616k euros.

During the period from August 11, 2008 to August 25, 2008 at 16:00 (CET),
shareholders of Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. had the opportunity to
offer the company a total of 13,551,150 shares for buyback. Based on the
number of 4,402,602 shares offered, the acceptation rate for the offer is
32.5%.

Upon the successful completion of the share buyback, Navigator Equity
Solutions N.V. now holds a total of 4,402,602 own shares (3.2% of the
company’s share capital). The company plans to cancel these shares in the
future. Details regarding the cancellation will be published in due time.
