Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Centaurus Alpha Master Fund Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands, British
West Indies,, notified us on 25 August 2008 pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that its share of the total voting
rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 19 August 2008 when voting rights reached 3.05%
which totals to 3,431,263 voting shares.
Furthermore Centaurus Capital LP, London, United Kingdom, notified us on 25
August 2008 pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act), that its share of the total voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee
4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 19 August
2008 when voting rights reached 3.08% which totals to 3,463,404 voting
shares.
All of these voting rights were ascribed to Centaurus Capital LP under
Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholders in Premiere AG owning 3% or
more were ascribed to Centaurus Capital LP: Centaurus Alpha Master Fund
Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands, British West Indies.
Furthermore the General Partner of Centaurus Capital LP, Centaurus Capital
Limited, London, United Kingdom, notified us on 26 August 2008 pursuant to
Section 21 Para. 1 WpHG, that its share of the total voting rights in
Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% on 19 August 2008 when voting rights reached 3.08% which
totals to 3,463,404 voting shares.
All of these voting rights were ascribed to Centaurus Capital Limited under
Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholders in Premiere AG owning 3% or
more were ascribed to Centaurus Capital Limited: Centaurus Alpha Master
Fund Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands, British West Indies.
Furthermore Centaurus Global Holding Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands,
British West Indies, notified us on 26 August 2008 pursuant to Section 21
Para. 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act), that its share of the total
voting rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 3% on 19 August 2008 when voting rights reached
3.08% which totals to 3,463,404 voting shares.
All of these voting rights were ascribed to Centaurus Global Holding
Limited under Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholders in Premiere AG owning 3% or
more were ascribed to Centaurus Global Holding Limited: Centaurus Alpha
Master Fund Limited, George Town, Cayman Islands, British West Indies.
Furthermore Bernard Oppetit, United Kingdom, notified us on 26 August 2008
pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 WpHG, that his share of the total voting
rights in Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 3% on 19 August 2008 when voting rights reached 3.08%
which totals to 3,463,404 voting shares.
All of these voting rights were ascribed to Bernard Oppetit under Section
22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
The voting rights of the following shareholders in Premiere AG owning 3% or
more were ascribed to Bernard Oppetit: Centaurus Alpha Master Fund Limited,
George Town, Cayman Islands, British West Indies.
