City Service AB Group, the largest facility management company group in the
Baltic States, announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial
Statements for the six months of 2008, prepared according to International
Financial Reporting Standards, and Consolidated Interim Report for the six
months of 2008.
The total consolidated City Service Group's revenue for the six months of 2008
was LTL 114 million, profit for the period amounted to LTL 4.7 million (LTL
70.2 million and LTL 4.6 million in 2007).
“Financial forecast for the year remains the same, as the Company successfully
fulfils its plans”, - commented Žilvinas Lapinskas, General Director of City
Service AB.
The leader of facility management market in the Baltic States City Service
Group now consists of 22 facilities management companies operating in
Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The Group manages 11.2 million square
meters of facilities.
