On August 29, 2008 AB GUBERNIJA received a notice that persons acting in conjunction: UAB „Linos namai“, Javelin Finance, Romualdas Dunauskas, Violeta Dunauskienė and Lina Dubauskaitė made a transfer of AB GUBERNIJA ordinary registered shares which exceed quotas of 40% votes. Javelin Finance granted rights to Vaclovas Dambrauskas to use shares which provide 0,6% of votes at AB GUBERNIJA General Meeting.
