Corporate announcement on amendments to the Articles of Association of Jyske Bank A/S

Subsequent to the corporate announcement of 26 August 2008 on the execution of
a capital reduction in Jyske Bank, the capital reduction has now been
registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. Consequently,
amendments have been made to Articles 2 and 4 (2) of Jyske Bank's Articles of
Association.

The articles of association are attached.
