The Norwegian authority of competition approves acquisition



The Norwegian authority of competition has approved the acquisition
of the roadmarking operation of Mesta AS. Agreed day of taking
possession is September 1, 2008.

The road marking business within Mesta, which is a contracting
operation, had a turnover of approx. SKr 75 million in 2007.

The business will be integrated in the roadmarking operation in the
Geveko subsidiary Cleanosol AS in Norway. The turnover of the Geveko
roadmarking business in Norway amounted to approx SKr 130 million in
2007 including manufacture as well as contracting.

With the acquisiton of the Mesta roadmarking operation the turnover
will exceed SKr 200 million annually." Norway is one of our domestic markets. With the integration of the
Mesta road marking operation we will be able to increase co-operation
between our nordic subsidiaries and thus improve both efficiency and
