Aspiro enters strategic collaboration with SBS Radio AB

Aspiro has signed an agreement with SBS Radio AB in Sweden, regarding technical
solution and interactive services for TV and radio. The collaboration will be
within Aspiro's new initiative for interactive services, in the Business
Solutions business area.

The agreement is valid for billing- and gateway services, technical platform and
administrational tools, as well as different interactive services to be used in
the various TV- and radio shows. The end users will for instance be able to send
SMS or MMS to join different votings, competitions and quizzes or use a chat
function on the radio or TV. SBS Radio consists of radio channels such as Mix
Megapol, The Voice Radio, Vinyl 107, Rockklassiker and Radio 1075 as well as
TV-channel The Voice TV.

- Aspiro is able to deliver a technical solution and interactive services that
we need for both TV, radio, internet and mobile internet - easy and accessible.
Therefore, they are the natural choice for us, says Simon Gooch, Online director
of SBS Radio AB.

The services to SBS Radio AB will be using a new technical platform developed by
the acquired company Mobile Entry. The solution facilitates interactive services
and integration between various channels such as TV and cell phones.

- Business Solutions is one of our growth areas and interactive services will be
a new and important initiative for us ahead. SBS Radio AB is an important client
for us, leading the development in the area and focusing on how we together can
provide innovative solutions to the customers in the different channels. Since
music also is one of our main areas, we see them as a natural partner, says
Gunnar Sellæg, CEO of Aspiro.
