Tilgin wins trial order on IPTV technology from leading operator in South
Western Europe

Stockholm, Sweden, 1 September 2008: Tilgin, a leading provider of customer
premises equipment (CPE) solutions for multiplay and next-generation broadband
services, wins a trial order of its IPTV technology from yet another leading
European telecom operator. Tilgin's IMS TV architecture is of great importance
in the operator's ambition to create a market leading offer.

This trial order is part of the operator's new IMS based IPTV deployment. The
initial order value is limited. The operator aims to create a market leading
offer based on IMS TV services.

“In the last couple of weeks we have won several orders on IPTV technology from
leading European operators. This confirms Tilgin's technological leadership and
puts us in a strong position when our customers and other operators decide for a
rollout of next generation of broadband services to the mass market”, says Ola
Berglund CEO at Tilgin.

Tilgin will deliver its IMS TV client as part of a global system integrator's
end-to-end solution enabling the operator to deliver a wide range of new
multimedia services and to reduce the costs of network ownership and shorten
time-to-market when the operator introduces new advanced and converged services.
Tilgin's IMS architecture is a “pre-Open IPTV Forum” software client and part of
Tilgin's road-map to continuously offer the most advanced IPTV services.

IMS is the standardized architecture that enables operators to use the IP
network for services combining mobile/wireless and fixed networks. IMS creates
flexibility in the networks, makes them more cost efficient and guarantees
end-user quality. According to Ovum Research more than 200 leading operators
have invested in IMS networks.
