Raisio plc Stock Exchange Release 1 September 2008 RAISIO'S LABORATORY OPERATIONS TO EUROFINS Outsourcing of Raisio group's laboratory operations to Eurofins Scientific Finland Oy has been completed. The business was transferred to Eurofins on 1 September 2008 and at the same time the company took over the responsibility to produce the laboratory services needed by Raisio. Additionally 45 employees of Raisio's laboratory services were transferred to the employment of Eurofins under the terms of their current employment contracts. Raisio published a Stock Exchange Release on 3 July 2008 concerning the outsourcing of its laboratory operations to Eurofins.
