Merger and new ISIN
The UCITS Fund Etik Invest
On the ordinary general meeting held on 24 April 2008 and the extraordinary
general meeting held on 29 May 2008 in Etik Invest, the following was adopted:
Merger between Etik Invest Verden with the ISIN belonging to it and Etik Invest
Nordiske Aktier. The latter is the continuing sub-fund under the name Etik
Invest, Human Nordiske Aktier.
Hence, the above-mentioned changes will be implemented on OMX Nordic Exchange
Copenhagen, so that the last trading day for the discontinuing fund Etik Invest
Verden will be 4 September 2008, and the new ISIN will be admitted to trading on
10 September 2008.
