CIF 1 Asset GmbH & Co KG, Berlin, and CIF 2 Asset GmbH & Co KG, Berlin,
subsidiaries of IMW Immobilien AG, Berlin, sold five properties located in
Hamburg and Hanover to PAT Roffice Real Estate 610 GmbH, Augsburg, and to
PATRoffice Real Estate 998 GmbH, Augsburg.
The properties content 27 commercial units and 26 residential units with
more than 12.000 sqm. of which approx. 9.230 sqm are office space. The
total transaction amount to EUR 17.2 million and is as high as the market
value.
The sold properties belonged to the portfolio 'Falcon Crest', which IMW AG
bought in 2006. More of 90 % of the spaces are rented for a long term
period. By the sale of these commercial used properties IMW AG is
continuing its focus on the residential area.
