On September 5, 2008, the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Tallinn Stock Exchange decided to satisfy the application of Saku Õlletehase AS from August 12, 2008, and to delist its shares from the Main List of TSE starting from the next day after the Estonian CSD has transferred minority shares to the majority shareholder - Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ. On August 11, 2008, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Saku Õlletehas decided to approve the takeover of 7,6% of the shares from the minority shareholders by Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ against a fair monetary compensation in the amount of EEK 194,06 (EUR 12,40) per share.
