Gunnebo appoints new President and CEO

Per Borgvall has been appointed President and CEO at Gunnebo security group. He
will succeed Göran Gezelius, who is leaving the Group following completion of
the Gunnebo One Company integration process. Per Borgvall will take up his
position as President and CEO early in the spring of 2009. Göran Gezelius will
continue in his position until then.

Per Borgvall, who is 50 years old and a graduate engineer, comes from AB
Fagerhult, where he has been President and CEO since 2004, before which he held
senior positions with IMI Plc, a British industrial group where he was president
and head of the IMI Indoor Climate division. He has also been president of Tour& Andersson AB and Uponor AB.

Martin Svalstedt, Gunnebo's chairman, comments on the appointment as follows:
